Supervision

I'm passionate about assisting others in their professional growth and development. With over six years of experience as a STAP trained and Board-Approved Supervisor, I've provided supervision to provisional registered psychologists, registered psychologists, allied health professionals, youth workers, and case managers. I've supported provisional psychologists on both the 4+2 and 5+1 supervised practice programs.

In supervision, I provide guidance tailored to your needs, helping you navigate supervised practice confidently. Drawing on my training and experience in systemic intervention and family therapy, I concentrate on assisting clinicians in formulating cases to offer a deeper understanding for the young people they work with. In supervision, we also discuss therapeutic intervention, intervention plans, professional development, and case management.

Having dedicated the past decade to childhood trauma intervention, I remain deeply committed to this field. My ongoing involvement includes providing supervision, case consultation, and training to NGOs specializing in residential and foster care services.
